Project managers are rude to site engineers , as they all lack basic interpersonal and communication skills. Salaries can be delayed for weeks sometimes they will not pay you the agreed sum . And the is no job security working there. It's a very toxic working environment Access to latest Huawei GSM network Equipment, and skills No break during work. Media is a booming industry but beware of low salary ranges and slow/no progression unless you're a manager favourite and work as a media planner. The organization relies so heavily on approvals from the NY office, so any raises can take forever. They were a male dominated upper management team until Anju Software bought them out. Anju is basically letting people go every month until they can close the main Florida office, it's a shame, good people are being let go during the pandemic. I do not recommend working here. There are some groups that works 9 to 5 and others 9 to unknown. I’m fortunate to be in a group and department and management that is very understanding, flexible and supportive of family. In normal times, we were able to work from home when needed. The different agencies make for a seclusive culture and it can be cliquey at times. Limited diversity, would say the Female to Male ratio is 70:30. Most management lacks the ability to give constructive feedback, if at all, and instead resorts to passive aggressive tendencies. The benefits are great as well as the time off, however the compensation is well below average and there's limited opportunity for growth. There was a 5 month period where I didn't even have a supervisor before being told my team was being moved to a different office. Throughout my time working there, there was a lack of overall stability.
