Decent pay with base and bonuses, if you reach your goal. Nice new office and great colleagues (for the most part).

No room for growth, only path for a sales planner to move up in the company is to become an account executive, but that path takes about 7-10 years. Toxic environment created by upper management, so there is no one to really go to for help. The sales planner role itself is inconsistent throughout teams, and no one wants to fix the issue.

Phenomenal Phoenix Art Director leadership that inspires good design work and pushes one to do more for each client. The marketing specialist is a former creative who's super inspiring and helpful when you struggle creatively. Awesome General manager and sales team that understands the value of good design.

All the hard work you do locally can easily get overlooked depending on what regional Creative Director you’re under. A lot of unclear directions from non-local creative upper management and Creative Director micromanaging. Any path to a junior/senior designer position is unclear, and the journey of becoming an Art Director seemed long.
