Great immediate supervisors! Everyone there cultivated a fun and productive working environment with quarterly parties and office fun days to relieve stress and practice teambuilding....all done strategically and without disrupting productivity. It's one of the top 5 OOH advertising companies with multiple offices and amazing clientele with some room for promotion if one is willing to move. Having said that, it's also a sales-driven environment which means changes in the market greatly affect one's job security. If not for Covid-19, I would still be happily employed there and enjoying a promotion and raise. Also, there was a tendency to keep temp employees there a long time before either converting them to full-time employees or letting them go. Entry-level salaries are on the lower end of the scale and there are limited titles for promotion, although raises and bonuses were liberally granted. It is actually worth it to take a little less money for the amazing work environment I experienced at this company! They don't take into account traffic, distance and time. Exempt employees are pushed to the limit and expected to work ridiculous amount of hrs. There is no work/life balance and working remotely is frowned upon. The DC office goes out of its way to feel like one big family. That being said, like any old school sales organization, sometimes it feels like you're on an episode of The Office and not in a good way. Hardest part of the job is the litany of different tasks using archaic software or redundant process's. If someone came in and streamlined some of these process's it would have an exponential impact on this company and their sales support staff.
