I can work remote at least. Title is the CSM mantra basically. CSM cannot provide value here unlike their technical counterparts. Your calls will be partially used for Sales to get in front of the customer, much to the customers dismay. Middle Managers are useless and just relay exec directives and review spreadsheets to know what you’re doing. The amount of buzzwords used is mind numbing.
