The call center has unlawful restrictions as of restricted time to attend bathroom breaks and the employers are constantly reviewed based on this breaks. When hired, the recruiter uses language like "almost guaranteed bonus" and while the manager automatically downgrades this bonus at 50% or less, based on the breaks. They overwork the employee to 8-10 straight days without overtime pay, with a lame and illogical explanation for their work week. Worked with over 15 employees at the time, not one of them expressed optimism towards the operation of the unsupervised management in this company. Free coffee, tea, snacks and Friday lunch.
