Outwardly they preach the gospel of Work/Life balance and avoiding burnout, but on the inside there are many instances of this business saving money by not approving hiring new employees which results in burning out current employees , forcing departments into office and not having any room for them-- throwing people in cubicles in the middle of hallways, and demanding unrealistic deadlines for large projects causing much stress to individual contributors and lower levels of leadership. I have witnessed employees breaking down from stress induced illnesses, and too worried about their metrics to take time off.
There are "employee resource groups" you'll never have time to attend because upper leadership demand is so high, not enough time or resources to do jobs well— primary focus is driving new initiatives and features out the door as fast as possible with little regard for impact it has on contributors.
The demands and expectations on lower contributors grow the further up the chain from the leaders they come from, healthy pace of initiatives is not desired, yet perfection is and minimal impact to services are expected as well—causes much to be addressed after projects are completed, that never is.

The training is 14 to 15 weeks and still only scratches the surface of what you will need to know. You will have new clients or old(disgruntled) clients dumped on your book until you get to 7 million in Revenue. This can be a many as 140 different clients. You will never understand evening you need to know and they have made the word "grace" a staple of their culture. Be prepared to be exhausted and have awkward interactions with clients because you will be the first and last point of contact with the client regarding the software.

I got hired when they made exceptions to the bachelors degree rule. This job is a whirlwind, but the amount of information I learned is invaluable. Some days are easier than others but I always had good leadership and a great team to rely on.

Worked here in various roles, all had good people and good support from managers. Fair pay and yearly raises. Will get raises if you deserve them. A lot of opportunities to move positions within the company once you get in.

What is the best part of working at the company?
Uniforms supplied. Good quality.
What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Never knew what the rules were. Changed from day to day.
Working with people with guns that didn’t know the first thing on how to shoot or be safe with firearms.
Officers can’t pass simple firearms proficiency qualifications with no consequences. Director from Oklahoma does not have a clue how to run a department. Does not want a competent security department.
I was fired and TWC found in my favor. Unjustified firing.
What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Get on board or get gone. No caring about morale or being a better company for workers.
Only place I know where you as a security officer can fail a firearms qualification and get promoted to supervisor with no college degree and bypass other qualified candidates.
What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Depends on who is in charge and what the day brings.

What is the best part of working at the company?
The 4 dollar catered lunches and the security guards. Every single one of the guards were very nice. Everyone else was kinda rude.
What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Being expected to do 2 people’s jobs and run the gambit of someone else’s politically correct personality’s

They say they are all encompassing in their views and what they allow but try to be conservative texan. They don’t like that very much

Stress on top of untrained management who cares more about being politically correct than right.
