There is no typical day for me, other than the new Lean Operating System that does bring a good rhythm to the work. The people are the best part of the job, we have a lot of strong professionals and most folks are willing to work together. Company is run by a bunch of people that have no real world experience. Retirement and benefits have gone from the best around to barely mediocre. They always push that working there is like a family environment but the only family I’ve seen there is dysfunctional.
