my group was great but yikes
|
So my group I worked in, was awesome. My boss was amazing, he knew what he was doing and was super helpful getting things done, definitely not a person to stand on the sidelines and let you do all the work. He would always jump in to help troubleshoot. The company itself was floundering even when I was still there, making questionable decisions and financially not doing well. They laid off my group after I left with no severance after a policy change made 24 HOURS before the layoffs. That's just cruel. I'd steer clear.
