PNC don't have the proper training to learn there's system. The only way you are going to learn is the hard way is by taking customer and making mistake. The training provided at PNC dint help me at all. In a week the only provide 1- or 2-days training and the rest of the weeks was 1 day training and the 2 weeks later another day. PNC needs to get more updated when it comes to technology and training. Since I was a top producer my manager wanted to keep me at the branch level despite having gone to school and earning my masters degree. The pay is nothing for all of what’s expected of the employees. No reward for having to risk our lives by working non stop during the pandemic as if we were hospital employees. Unrealistic sales goals with no incentives except to keep your job. Every branch seems to have a manager that just picks their employees to death. Short staffing is a nightmare.
