PTO was good but difficult too use it because of heavy workloads and circling the wagons micromanage. workmates good folks.

unending changes and restructure over the past years ...LOW employee morale. workload overwhelming... no support for work life balance.... managers seem to only care about results not the workers..... turnover through the roof.
