Pretty good first job

It’s good for a first job they pay 12 an hour and raises are rare and like 10 cents. Management there is nice. Hours aren’t bad and they give free snacks and drinks for the break room. Easy job to do. Out of all the jobs i’ve had customers are probably the worst there.

Good atmosphere but management can make or break this
|
Overall the company is good they offer a lot of benefits and different types of pay but the hours are bad especially if your a manager as well as the upper leadership isn’t there this is store specific so it really just depends on where you go. There is also a lot to do in a small amount of time and missing deadlines happens a lot. Overall not worth the stress especially for the minimal pay and toxic work environment.

Flexible and fun workplace! They were always so flexible with my college classes schedule. Management would often shift you from floor to cashier so you learned a little bit of everything.

I love this job, don’t get me wrong; but I hate the way managers talk to customers. Blowing up balloons and stalking the sales floor passes time but it’s doing the same thing everyday just different customers. They also teach you how to do manager things but on regular pay.

It was ok, not my ideal job.

I worked for this company for a while and the management started getting increasingly better while the customers got worse. Customers were always in a rush, rude and even disrespectful over some balloons. Other than that the days ran smooth and fine.
