The work culture at Prudential was unprofessional to the point of depravity. It was common for people to have excess liquor at lunch. Extramarital affairs occurred more than you would expect among co-workers. It also wasn't unheard of for young well-built men to feel a stocking foot reach out under the table and touch their leg, thigh, and crotch as female executives could be quite aggressive and open in expressing their sexual needs.
