That being said, the culture was always go go go, high expectations, terrible work life balance. At the time I was looking at transitioning into commercial real estate from multi family industry. She had told me about the corporate culture, the sense of family and the opportunities for professional development. I have to say that I have not been disappointed. You can really tell that the leaders of this organization care about your career and invested in your success. Once I got hired, I got the feeling of family with my immediate team but also those in other corners of the organization.
