The company provides work content that is completely suitable for my work experience, the colleagues communicate well, and there are not too many problems in work coordination. Cross-departmental collaboration often needs to be promoted by middle and high levels, not grassroots staff.

Slavery style, they have no work abd they ask you to sit full 8 hours and figure out how to pass the time. Payment is always late & you can have any ideas even great ones that no one would care to listen to or even discuss. It’s more of get your time clocked & go. No career development, no raise, no nothing.
