Sr. Director Used to be a great company; Culture is so toxic due to CEO & CFO and their poor decisions Good benefits, though they just got rid of the pension plan. As the saying goes...it starts at the top. CEO (Stefan) stays in his bubble and makes the company a miserable place to work. The culture, especially in New York, is at an all time low Consistently putting promotions or open positions on hold because of leadership's failures...I'm sure Stefan & Zac's pay are not staying flat year over year, even though they just decided no merit increases for certain divisions / levels. CEO and CFO have no confidence in themselves or their selected leadership....they felt the need to hire consultants to make decisions for them. Why are consultants deciding which people to lay off. Stop hiring consultants to do your job.... CFO (Zac) was another downgrade for the company. Unlike in the past, there is no transparency into the bonus targets...instead, we get hand gestures of a 5-year old explaining where the bonus for each region is tracking.
