*La compañía promueve una cultura de trabajo buena, desafortunadamente algunos lideres no respetan ello, incluso en reuniones locales nos acentúan que eso es solo publicidad ya que en la práctica no se realiza.
*Aprendí a mejorar los procesos para reducir tiempos.
*Lo que más me gusto son las reuniones extralaborales, y las actividades que se organizan para la ecología

Great pay, hard work.

Standard factory environment with a lot of really good people. Pay was above the industry standard at the time. Straight shifts which is much more manageable mentally than rotating. All based on seniority so expect to start on nights.
