It's a real clusterf* full of incompetent employees and managers who care more about boozing together and "watercooler talk" than actually doing anything constructive. It's like someone took the most toxic traits from every other data center in the area and dumped them into one place. It's a job and there's a gym on site No work life balance and nepotism are the expected. Thank you. A typical day at work was mostly virtual. I only had to go to the office premises as required. What learned was the dedication of the company to its clients. Management will do everything possible to make employees as comfortable as possible, with all the tools needed. Workplace culture was multi-racial with respect for each other. The hardest part of the job was tracking down a busy supervisor when a second opinion was required to complete a resolution. This company hires their friends and family for any position regardless of experience. Do not expect a decent schedule, do not expect to use your PTO when necessary and do not expect promotions. You will see their family members and friends climb the ladder, but expect to be the one holding that ladder up. If you don't really care about work life balance, fairness and equality, then you can make a pretty penny. The insurance isn't terrible, the customers arent problematic, the job itself isn't hard if you care. This job is ideal for fresh graduates only. Please do not invest your time off you have a family as it will cause strain. Policies often neglected major issues. Management often blamed staff for any and all issues, while having no workable solutions. Staff was often forced to correct management induced problems, if problem corrected by staff, management took all the credit (pay raises and bonuses) and staff were fire and reprimanded if the management induced problems were not fixed not. Resulting in a regular quitting of experienced staff.
