Manager was amazing and my coworkers were super fun but the company itself is your typical corporate environment, my manager hated it too and tried her best to give what she could to her staff.

My only complaint is that coworkers aren't held accountable. So if you want a job we're you won't be held accountable unless you are a shift supervisor and up then yeah it's a great fall back option. The location I was at which is one of the locations in the Spokane valley, management was fine. I just personally hated how any of the cashier's are not held accountable for being too slow, or not doing their jobs, and constantly calling out. You also can't really do anything about theifs and there is a lot of them so that is soul draining. I don't know if this is just because rite aid filed for chapter 11 but after that management has to cut 2 hours from everyones paycheck since we were using too much hours a week/ every lunch wasn't covered no more. Like I know many companies don't pay for your lunch and that's fine I just wish rite aid would at least make you stay a half an hour longer to make up that time. Also I worked ten hours a day and I know this policy did change which was very disturbing before I became a shift supervisor any shift past 8 hours you would get two lunches I was there for as I said ten hours and only got a half an hour lunch anything more then that and well that was "frowned upon".

The company is ok typical corporate things but the people I worked with make the job bearable. Falling behind seems to be a constant now so the workload is never-ending but at least it keeps you busy
