Roblox used to be a fantastic company to work for, we even received surveys asking about it from external reviewers. That has stopped. The company used to be more supportive in regards to disabilities and diversity but that’s also gone downhill.
It used to be a company I loved to work for and referred friends to as it was genuinely a fantastic workplace. None of that is true anymore.
The company has gone so far as to track employees badging in at the office and sending it to their manager… and then puts the manager on the hook for forcing that employee in a minimum number of days. They’re also apparently trying to “unremote” people that were previously approved to remain remote. Overall, would recommend avoiding. The mental health impacts just don’t make up for the positives.

We work quite well but the problem is that it's stressful and tiring to do the same thing all day but otherwise this company is very good.

I think it's a very advanced company and I would love to work there Because I'm sure that I can get along well with the other employees and that I could enjoy it there.
