There were great teams in place at local levels and everyone seemed to "mesh" well. The company makes sure you have the proper tools and resources to conduct your day to day job requirements. Annual bonuses and merit increases were never held back from an employee despite worldwide economic hardships. Instead, adjustments were made at the top. I am very grateful for the time I spent at Regency and hope they open additional markets so I can become apart of this team again.
