N a aucune considération pour ses employés. Pilote la stratégie absurde caché derrière son écran Fait tout pour diviser pour mieux régner (fait en sorte que personne ne puisse se réunir) détruit les talents en interne qui pourraient lui faire de l ombre. Ne pas oublier que 50% d entre eux l ont construite et que le DG n aurait jamais ce poste sans eux.
