Une belle entreprise avec de bons produits
Collègues sympas mais bcp en burn out ou dépression par manque de considération
Les salaires et les avantages sont assez intéressants

Le DG qui ruine l’entreprise depuis qq années . N a aucune considération pour ses employés. Pilote la stratégie absurde caché derrière son écran
Fait tout pour diviser pour mieux régner (fait en sorte que personne ne puisse se réunir) détruit les talents en interne qui pourraient lui faire de l ombre.
A une vision à court terme.

Par absence de considération de l entreprise pour ses salariés, ceux ci ne sont aujourd’hui plus motivés pour faire grandir la boite. Ne pas oublier que 50% d entre eux l ont construite et que le DG n aurait jamais ce poste sans eux.
C est dommage car il en faudrait peu pour faire de cette société une belle entreprisse
Il faut impérativement redorer la culture d entreprise et communiquer avec l ensemble des salariés avant des départs et des arrêts à répétition comme il y en a bcp aujourd’hui ( à moins que ce ne soit une stratégie calculée pour faire partir les gens)
