None really besides some coworkers are good people but not all.

Sexist place to be if you're a woman.
Pay and hours suck.
Over half the machines are broken and being held on by duct tape .( supervisors know just don't care.)
No one is treated equal. If you are not related to anyone here and you're low on the totem pole you end up just being a number to the mill. They have point systems for doctors so you can end up fired if you have a health condition and miss more than 5 days. That place is terrible stay clear if at all possible.
