I personally didn't love some of the practices that my boss partook in, but I know he's no longer with the company, and the new boss is amazing!

There are some really good people who work here. Projects are fun and some get to work with cool artists. The industry is exciting. The name recognition of OEG sets you up for better jobs down the line. Free shows sometimes. There are a few managers who treat they’re teams with respect. You have opportunities to get as involved as you want to be.

Very corporate atmosphere with an outdated way of thinking that’s negatively effecting employees and our business. Barely any flexibility as far as remote work or scheduling goes. Old school mentality about seniority and promotions: Visibility/Seniority > Good Work. Old CEO calls all the shots even though he’s not CEO anymore. Leadership is reactionary, out of touch, and acts out of fear of old CEO, stakeholders, old audience rather than creating a unified vision or progress. Don’t even get me started on the hollow attempts at celebrating diversity!
