They do a lot for our local community. There are a lot of different areas of employment available for their employees to move around within. As for most companies currently they are trying to control cost. We no longer have personal desk and use a hoteling model. Many of the options that were here previously for employees services such as the cafeteria have changed for the worse. The best job that I had in years. Had I not gotten Long Covid I would still be there. It took me a year to get over covid. Their financial advisor treated me great, they knew we were there to help them. They are the ones that made RJ money and they knew we kept them running to make that money. Great People. Some of the greatest people I ever got to help solve their technical issues. Loved helping them every day. Helping them was a pleasure. I had one manager who for some reason just thought making fun of me was acceptable. Never understood it, I hated going into the office and tried to avoid this person at all costs.
