compensation and benefits are great, that's about it
|
CEO Leslie Hale is not qualified to be CEO. Two years ago, RLJ perform a culture survey and assessment and 9/10 employees did NOT approve of Hale. Certain members of Senior Management are low performers and their subordinates are better than them. The top performers leave RLJ within a couple of years because their contributions are not appreciated and they realize they are better than their bosses. RLJ is a revolving door of employees.

Incredible culture with amazing benefits including a 150 % 401k match. I would stay forever if I could. They also pay for a personal trainer/fitness camp 2 days a week.

Can't think of anything really. It's a small company, so if prefer large corporate environments, it's not for you. But I prefer small companies.
