They pay their employees well, the potential to bonus is good, and there is good potential for promotions within the company or to relocate.
|
The unfortunate thing is that because the company works with high-risk individuals who can't get approved through a more regulated financial institution, the company charges exorbitant interest rates to people who are already in a disadvantaged position.
