What is the best part of working at the company?
Your friends were like family. We count on each other to get the work done in my time there I enjoyed myself working with others.
What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
One thing you can always count on there’s always work not just carpentry, but working with other supervisors on their properties helping out when there’s a need of help.
What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
At times, supervisors will help out by moving materials to the unit for carpenters. That is a big help. The environment here is very comfortable I do miss everyone that I work with.
What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Well, you’re always greeted with a smile and a great morning to start off the day that is a helping hand better than a pat in the back.

The downtown office does a lot of shady stuff when it comes to Tenants and their own Employees. Not only do you have to watch your back, you also have to deal with Employees (especially the Supervisors) that will lie on you to upper management just because they do not like you.
The company does nothing modern, everything is still on done on paper which leads to a lot of mistakes and if the Supervisor makes a mistake they will blame it on you.
There is no advancement opportunities because they do not want you to succeed. I do not know how they are still in business!
Run! Do not work for this company!

The job was not what I expected they really don’t know how to treat people and they employs and they had a lot of favoritism in the company but it was ok if they train us to do other stuff in the company

This company is trash lol to be honest the turn over rate is so high ,this is one of the lowest jobs I have ever worked at ,micro management, the office is out of order ,no security when it comes to the employees, the tenants come into the office threatening you, it’s embarrassing and horrifying.
No one works as a team, most of the employees are family ,so of course they’re not going to move the way you want them to when it comes to reporting and issue.

Everything is done on paper. Everything is kept on paper nothing digital. Their accounting software was not the best for accounting purposes. The on-site CPA was very knowledgeable. I loved the people.

When I worked for them,I took this job with mixed feelings. I had heard bad things about this company from a previous co-worker. It seemed like a good company in the beginning but went downhill afterward. The former department manager played favorites, gave certain accounts to his favorite people to ensure they succeeded in their position. This person had terrible online reputation from former employees from other companies. Didn’t feel this person was honest with me. The online reputation seemed to be very accurate with the person I came to know.
