Was with Rogers since graduating from college and used to be a tight-knit group who worked well together.
|
Something changed when HQ moved to Chandler over the last 10 years. It became cut-throat, untrusting, and an unnecessarily high stress environment. There are ineffective “managers” and “directors” who are in way over their heads with zero business management/contract negotiation experience. They will flat out lie, placate, micro manage, and humiliate their subordinates in front of customers so as to not look like they were the one who was incompetent. These upper level “leaders” do not own difficult decisions that are made (including ones made exclusively by them) and certainly do not consider the work a team effort. Rogers has lost good talent by these political games and inept leadership whose lack of moral integrity has created an untrusting, tenuous environment. Thankfully, I’m retired because Rogers is certainly not the company it once was.
