Learned my lesson
|
Originally had a positive experience that quickly went tumbling down. It’s a highly political environment rich with middle management more interested in protecting themselves. Hard work was rewarded with more work, quickly leading to burnout. The pay was not competitive nor did it reflect the level of effort you were expected to put in. Wasn’t hard to realize why there’s turnover of top talent who get smart enough to walk away.
There are some good, honest people in the company who will help you grow. However, there’s not enough of them to outweigh the rest.

Lots of turnover, no system, no data, no training, bad attitudes & bad work environment.
|
Overall many people in positions that shouldn't be in the roles with no experience and/or education in very visible roles hence 40% OTD & $18M in excess inventory. Poor attitudes from top to bottom levels (including HR) no data available, no systems, no training... bad working environment. Huge number of turnover in management. No coorporation, poor judgement & bad attitudes all the way around..

Terrible company to work for 😡
|
This place is terrible to work for, poor management if any at all, place don't care about it's employees, I was written up for taking time off because my brother was in the hospital on life support and then denied me bereavement time and wrote me up for it. The union is on the company's side and does nothing for us. It's going on 6yrs being here for me and since Rogers took over the company is going down hill, took our bonus program away, no company outings and the overall atmosphere is lacking.

The work schedule is very unstable, it can go from 48 hour work weeks to 30 hours every week for 3-6 months, if you want to get your full check during that time they force you to use PTO or sick time to cover. Coworkers will try to get you fired.
