Good enough
|
It's good for starters, but it's not a place that you should stay that long, it's really hard to grow in the company, actually you need people to quit if you want to change positions and that's not happening anytime soon, a few people back there are "micro supervisors" they are waiting for you to make mistakes, the policy is painful but not terrible, benefits are ok, the give you a lot PTO.

Overtime and bad management

Too much overtime 50-60 hours and treated like numbers while still having to push out crazy numbers and if can’t then it means overtime weekend as well and can not move up unless some one retires

Horrible structure and management
|
Bieng someone with alot of management experience, this company is honestly the worst in it's industry. Rockwell treats their experienced employee's horribly. If you work hard and show compassion for quality you are looked down upon. Rockwell Automation does not like opinions on what may be a concern, they place individuals in positions that have no prior experience in running a crew. The pay is disgusting for what you have to do and the higher ups get ridiculous bonuses while they gruel their workers to make those great bonuses. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Worst job culture and no job security
|
There is no place in the company for young minds as it is managed by a big boys club who have kind of formed a cartel and do nothing. Promotions and role changes are done based on your relationships with your leaders. There are people at the top who know nothing but still are managing people under them. Many managers lack the ability to advocate for their team even when they are in the right. They fail to create a clear picture of your skills and capabilities to their higher management even though they might have a good impression of yours. There is no job security and they might dissolve roles overnight without any reason.

I was not allowed to meet my mom ,not given holidays ,when my mom was on death bed,doing daily dialysis.

Too much politics and they only hier someone nice or nephew,who is already working in the company. They fired me for no reason.they didn't gave me leave for tak8ng care of my sick mother.
