Work environment is stressful due to nonsense scheduling and there is no culture
What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Driving to 5 or 6 different cities to try and complete your route for the day instead of leaving you in one area where you can actually get your route done.

Super low base salary so you have to be a very motivated salesman. Donât let anyone tell you that you can easily make a decent living. This position is tough and you need to be prepared to be motivated to sell.

What is the best part of working at the company?
The company itself appears to care about their employees. They offer a lot of benefits and the health coverage is very affordable. The management is pretty weak. Too much to list and too specific, don't want to jeopardize my employment until I find another job.

Lack of support and knowledge of management.

Non committal, non supportive, and lack of concern as to whether or not you are successful.

Varied, there are many different things to do that will all revolve around sales and operations.

Management changed while I was there and the new management did not care about their employees, found every reason to reduce hours and any bonuses that were given. Compensation was okay with the bonuses but when these stopped completely the compensation was not worth the management expectations.

Terrible place to work!
|
I am currently employed here, Been employed since beginning of 2022. Very little communication from office to PC techs. Unpaid services which take at least a few hours of your day. Very little to no work/life balance. Terrible pay for the hours management want you to work. Would not recommend to anyone. Overworked and underpaid!!
