The Pest Control industry is not exactly what it may seem. Pest Control is more of a maintenance program to ensure that our customers don’t suffer from reoccurring pest activity. Like electricians or HVAC technicians, our ultimate goal is to ensure the safety and well-being of the customers that we serve. What You'll Do Fleet: Manage company fleet operations to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as applicable fleet related laws, regulations, statutes, and codes. Partner with Rollins Fleet Management partner to ensure optimization of all facets of the company mobility program including leasing, maintenance, fuel, vehicle telematics, upfitting and overall vehicle pool management. Perform justification and life cycle cost analyses; performs trend analyses for various vehicle performance and maintenance issues and related expenses. Prepare and administer the division budget; submit budget recommendations; monitor expenditures Develop, direct, maintain, and control purchasing, dispensing and inventory management activities related to parts and fuel inventory. Ensure compliance with vehicle preventative maintenance programs. Manage the input and quality of data entry into the fleet management software program. Manage warranty program by tracking claims, invoicing warranty work, and maintaining applicable records Perform quality control audits of vehicle maintenance programs; analyze and track defects and failure trends Compile orders for new vehicles as requested by management and manage disposal of used vehicles to wholesale vendors. Coordinate operation and maintenance of vehicles including the maintenance of requests for service and service logs. Monitor productivity, fleet reliability and performance, and other aspects of vehicle safety. Assists in the development and implementation of standard operating procedures for vehicle maintenance, including best practices. Real Estate: Manage relationships and escalate obstacles between Rollins real estate, other agencies, corporate management, and external vendors (brokers, landlords, consultants, etc). Analyze space requirements for new buildings to determine optimal layouts and space allocations. Establish, track, and report on real estate portfolio key performance indicators (price/SQFT, headcount/SQFT, vacancy/occupancy rates, vehicle yard optimization). Manage project coordination and priorities across internal teams as it relates to design, construction, and legal, as well as external parties (Rollins real estate, landlords, brokers, consultants, etc.) Prepare financial analysis and any related business case materials. Fixed Assets: Create and monitor a system of controls, procedures, and forms for the recordation of fixed assets. Recommend to management any updates to accounting policies related to fixed assets and necessary changes. Assign tag numbers to fixed assets and record fixed asset acquisitions and dispositions in company financial software. Reconcile the balance in the fixed asset ledger and reconcile accordingly. Run reconciliation in company financial system and reconcile to ensure proper calculation performed. Review and update detailed schedule of fixed assets and accumulated depreciations. Investigate the potential obsolescence of fixed assets and conduct period impairment reviews of intangible assets. Conduct annual physical counts of fixed assets and conduct analysis related to fixed assets required for reporting. Responsible for tracking and resolving outstanding payment issues, posting payments to customer accounts, and generating daily, weekly and/or monthly aging reports. Makes calls to customers who are past due on their accounts to collect payments and post appropriately. You will . . .
