Coomunications and working relationships are tainted by the toxicity funneling from the manager of the department. Employee turnover resulting from managment failures will continue as the company continuosly fails to address the blatant disregard for employee well-being. Company is quick to disregard an employee that is not in a managment position and does not take action against unfit managment. Employees are treated as if they do not know what they are talking about or are in the wrong. The self-deprication cycle and employee turnover will continue if something does not change and managers are held to the same level of discipline and expectations as lower level employees.
