I just returned after almost a year away. The same issues remain, such as wanting tutors to voluntarily meet with supervisor for no pay; complete required training in five to 10 minute stretches between classes; grossly outdated content on presentation slides, including writing/typing errors I flagged for correction TWO YEARS ago. Lack of tech support in the evenings when many classes are held. I could go on.

Management needs to respect tutors' time, provide sufficient tech support *at all hours* lessons are held, update materials as needed rather than waiting forever while telling tutors they are "overhauling the whole system" as an excuse for letting the same issues fester literally for years.
