Management here is a joke. The turnover rate here for just management alone is remarkable. Warehouse workers come and go. Management just cares about growth and profit no matter the cost. They promise you so many opportunities but never deliver and rather hire from outside. Consider this job a “brief stop” for better job opportunities to come, because if you don’t; you’ll be highly disappointed with how little you progress after putting in the time and work without going unnoticed. That’s of course unless you constantly and persistently sweet talk your way into a better position. Seniority here means nothing. Look the work here is easy, pay is descent, and plenty of OT.

Insight into a Corporation who place profit over people. Its a gift to see how Management sell the company to new employees to make them think they are going to work for a stable, well adjusted company only to find 2 months down the track that its anything but..... the greatest sales man is the recruiter..

Their core values are just for show. They are just words that the company has on its wall so customers think they have some credibility in the market place. Every Rep lasts about 1 year and then quits. Thats if the company doesn't fire them in their probation.NO idea on products, warranty and regulations.

All the good people leave so take a look at the ones who have been there for multiple years and clean house. Happy employees make better products, are more productive and make the business more money. Ask employees for their suggestions on how to improve workflow. It's unrealistic to ask employees every week to work overtime. Fix the culture and you'll get more productive employees.
