There is a lack of transparency from the top, lots of nepotism and a very strange culture. It might be a great place for someone starting their career to spend a year or two gaining experience but I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone seasoned. However, they definitely need to focus more on training. Working as a BDR here is not the best. The pay is low. A great deal of your success depends on the region you are assigned as well as the sales reps you are working with. The SR's should never have the option of deciding whether or not they want to work with BDR's. This is crucial to your success. Most successful BDR's here have SR's that are willing to work with you and even feed you meetings. This is crucial to you getting paid your commission. Management is truly clueless. They don’t provide information needed to properly do your job. They expect you to be available 24/7, including holidays even though HR swears that is not the case. Run, don’t walk away from this company. They may pay a lot but it’s not worth it for what they put you through.
