When major changes are going to occur, make sure the systems used at the retail level are fit for the changes. Be transparent top to bottom so everyone is on the same page and customer complaints can be managed properly. Fix the staffing situation, as some branches have a number of employees while others are limited to just a few, making scheduling and pto requests a nightmare. I’ve been here for 2 years now and while I believe moving forward digitally is smart, I do not think the way the company has gone about it has been. There have been changes that have had to be undone. Changes that have been postponed, while leaving branch employees in the dark after being told that they were supposed to be giving customers a heads up on it for several months, and changes that blindsided people. We were told that the year over year growth was exceptional and yet a few months later, we watched a number of employees get laid off. While I was promoted after my first year, something like that kills the confidence in seeing opportunities to grow and move up within the company.
