Time waster of almost an entire day interview!
|
Stay away as tis company is a joke! It is privately held chemicle company and they wasted my time on an interview that lasted almost an entire day! They don't seem to know what they need and come off extremely unprofessional! Don't even waste your time applying here as there are quite a few overpaid dinasaures working here snd the younger new hires who join burn out quick and it is a reveloving door.

I am currently a temporary employee at Stepan. I work in an analytical lab, and I feel the company is a friendly place with amicable people. When I started, the training protocol was quite nonexistent, which made learning company analytical methods a bit more confusing to me. However whenever I asked my supervisor, if time allotted, he would gladly drop his current activities to help me and my peers out.

Upper Management is horrible and they have tons of environmental and safety issues. The good people who did work there left because there are no advancement opportunities. They value the wrong people here.
