Tends to create very sweaty deal cycles with multiple deals being closed at once. - Associates are toxic and most don’t lift a finger to help teach analysts. Figure it out yourself environment with limited direction - A lot of politics and backstabbing even at the junior level due to the deal volume and staffing model dynamic - No WLB, as to be expected in banking.
