I always look forward to going to work when I'm scheduled I love the 45 minute meal breaks and it's a decent price I also like that you can sit or stand all day it's not that hard of a job at all very enjoyable

It’s an ok first job wouldn’t recommend if you don’t like to be outside in the heat or cold
|
It’s fun the first few week ur there then you start to see the true side of Six flags and then it’s not so great. Like the supervisors and leads definitely have favorites and aren’t afraid to show who they are. The job is very physically and mentally draining for a peters . They also talk a lot of bad thing behind your back.

It was my first job and it was horrible. My location got closed and everywhere else is a nightmare to work. The pay was alright for the work that you do but it depends on the location but the hours were so little.

flexible job for students, not great pay for bills

The warehouse is usually short staffed.
i have to work doubles most of the time since HR doesn’t really hire anyone for warehouse & if they do, the people either bail or want a position we aren’t even looking for.
The departments are very simple, working with people who are difficult make it dreadful. Managers and HR don’t really do any action when you report people (my harasser was rehired:) )
Pay is okay but it’s still not enough for bills. if you’re not on contract for Full Time, you get 0 benefits. IL law just started mandatory pto, we get 1 hour for every 40 worked.

Pretty great place to work especially for a first job. Everyone makes friends a lot of fun activities outside of work. If you can learn to talk to the customers in a kind manner your day goes pretty good. It’s all pretty easy to learn.

Lo mejor de trabajar ahí es cuando te dan las utilidades, yo estimo que el 80% de los que están ahí solo están por las utilidades.

Lo más estresante de trabajar en una empresa que no respeta horarios de salida pero cuidado chueques 1 minuto tarde de tu hora de entrada, es que justo no te pagan horas extras y por si fuera poco los NEGREROS de sus encargados de área y supervisores tampoco respetan tu horario de comida.

El ambiente es toxico e inmaduro, ya que lo operan en su gran mayoría adolescentes y adultos jóvenes.
Lo que conlleva que en ciertas situaciones te toque ser víctima o presenciar abuso de autoridad, desigualdad, violencia laboral y prepotencia.

Un día típico para mí es ir a cumplir con mis tareas según mi contrato y hacerlo de la mejor manera.
