I'm only writing this so other people know. When i started i was told by my first boss i would primarily be in Texas and have one of our better crews, who were also based in Texas, Neither was true. Just about every inventory for every installation i managed was screwed up. My first experience with my second boss went like this, He sends me a message in our messaging app with nothing but an unhappy EMOJI and an attachment that appears to show me arriving late to a property, I sent him a picture back showing (on my end) an attachment showing me arriving 30 minutes early. These are the type of people in management positions. They will ignore your vacation requests, write you up for some made up reason and run you into the ground. Before i started there i read on here it was like a good old boys club and it was that but far worse. The group i was in acted like a high school locker room half the time in our video meetings. Lots of shady, two faced people there as well who will steal your ideas, tell others what you've said or tell your business. If you go to work for this company know you cannot trust a soul and are very likely to hear lies from management. Very toxic environment.

Terrible leadership and management, do not understand employees or their positions. Will pretend experience from first days of company is somehow applicable to now, and will try to run things in such a manner that one may wonder of anybody in charge has the qualifications to be a leader of anything but stagnation.

Traveling for work is great, you get to work in places you've been to or never have so exploring during off time is great. Everything is paid for which includes food, transportation and board. Work life balance was good, M-F weekends off.

Inconsistent work load. The way that the company handles inventory and the reporting. Most of the reports are redundant and waste of time. No real future plans to grow the company, if there was it was not clear. If you have a project local and have to return any devices from the project, you have to fight tooth and nails to get labels if not you are sitting on tons of devices in boxes occupying your personal space whether it be in your vehicle or your home.
