Senior leadership at this location is incredibly weak, toxic, and hostile as evidenced in the many issues that plague this location. There is only one senior manager I would ever trust to go to for assistance. Avoid the other. As staffing gets lower and lower, it is expected for those remaining to work harder and do more with no incentive - raises were postponed and no one in office received their bonus. With better leadership, this location would thrive and the job itself isn't too bad, but current leadership micromanages to a fault and generally promotes a toxic work environment for those in the office. There are also no career opportunities at this location to move up. If your career growth is not purposely stunted by senior management, you will have to move elsewhere to promote.

I've worked for you for nearly 10 years and I still can't afford food on the table. The company needs to move to the modern era. Our system is outdated. They refuse to give my dept IT funding to fix a program that is outdated.
I can barely put food on the table. According to the government I am living in poverty due to how poorly we are paid. We have no incentives. Schneider cancels bonuses with no warning, they cancel raises with no warning. Telling me to work in office to bounce ideas off you (manager) when I never see you is the dumbest thing I've heard. If we do get a raise it's the equivalent of working at McDonalds. HR has no sympathy for those with medical conditions. Requesting to work from home should not be so difficult. I have panic attcks in the morning that requires strong medication (that I can still work with) and HR TOLD ME TO DRIVE IN under influence. This violates their #1 core value SAFETY.
As everyone I work with says, everything Schneider says about itself is an illusion. Smoke and mirrors. Once you get hired, you see the truth. I have had well over a dozen people say that. People openly cry and break down on the cs floor. Does Schneider do anything? I've never seen them do anything.
Schneider lacks career advancement. Per my previous manager, Schneider prefers you to hop roles instead of staying in the same area.
If 2023 was a bad year, maybe our CEO should take a hit as well. Nope, he got a $1mil bonus, on top of his 6 figure salary, and not including stocks and other bonuses. I've never met the guy. Let alone seen him.

I have not gotten a decent raise in 18 months. I do not make $1 more than when I started. Our bonuses have been cut to almost nothing and they push out raises so you don't get them. They have healthcare but it sucks, I still pay almost completely out of pocket
