Pay is not on par with other comoeting companies. The benefits are good, they don't have adequate amount of off time.
What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Repetitive work conditions gets boring after a while.
What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Most people here are content with staying to themselves. There's not a lot of contact with most employees due to the company still having some covid protocols. The days seem to drag on, not very exciting place to be.

It's very routine, one can learn a task in a few days & will be doing that task repetitively.

One of the few industries, where the customer strongly dictates what pricing is. Commissions are getting cut, average selling prices are going down, and we’re expected to work harder and provide more to hospitals due to policy changes. Not sure this job will be a career path For the younger generation . An industry wide problem not company specific

Work life balance is great.

There wasn't anything hard. They provide a lot of training and the training is continuous as long as you're employed to make sure everyone stays up to par. Management is laid back and the workplace culture is awesome.
