I worked at Synovus call center for about 9 months and it was okay in the beginning. Very strict with attendance and your metrics. Other than that, good company to work for.

Not a good work environment.

The customers were the best. Without them we wouldn’t be there. There is no room for advancement unless you are the teachers pet. It was a horrible experience working there. Management whispered all the time and made all the other employees feel uncomfortable! New employees would come in and be shocked at how management was. Again, it was an awful experience. A lot of good people left because of lot of bad management, whom is still there ran them off. You can’t work in that environment.
