Most people are friendly and helpful.
What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Recent changes causing overwork and burn out. Poor work-life balance. Employees are not valued.
What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Work hard and don't ask questions. Expect to work before and after regular work hours and weekends due to "do more with less people" culture. They used to care about employees but there has been a negative change the last few years. There is no accountability for Operations and everything has become QA's problem to fix.
What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Go in early, work through lunch, take calls or call into zoom meetings while driving home. Complete other meetings and tasks after getting home.

By conducting thorough user research and analysis, I was able to develop UX strategies that addressed these needs and improved the overall user experience.
The management team at Sanofi.com was supportive of the UX team's efforts and recognized the value of user-centric design in driving business objectives. They provided the resources and support needed to implement UX strategies effectively.
The workplace culture at Sanofi.com was collaborative, inclusive, and focused on continuous improvement. The UX team worked closely with other departments, such as product management, engineering, and marketing, to ensure that UX strategies were aligned with business goals and technical constraints.
The hardest part of the job was navigating the complex regulatory landscape of the healthcare industry. Was fun and cool to work at first but some things need to be updated such as building access timing and the overall vibe of the building. I felt I was singled out and kind of bullied for asking questions and trying to learn from coworkers. Some coworkers just treated me unfairly.
