If you love being micromanaged this is your environment. Very difficult to sale with lack of inventory. There is no room to grow. There are no salary increases. Sales commissions are non-existent.

Work life balance is great, Great PTO and Holiday package, Relaxed environment, Paid medical and dental.

Negatives: Lack of leadership, No room to grow, No raises, Lack of inventory.
