It's like working in a day care, where management is almost never around. Poor problem solving. Toxic work environment. No room for growth. They need to take a look internally at this jobsite.

Decent but easy to get lost in the crowd
|
Very routine and physically demanding, each day is like any other. The company culture towards a bigger or lateral position is exaggerated- people are nice enough but there's little advancement if you're not office based or there for years. Kind of feels like an unspoken caste structure at times. I didn't hate it but it's very disillusioning to be fed the ideals of a bright future there and then just sit stagnant with no actual light in the tunnel. Felt very under utilized and couldn't stand out.

Predictable work, food trucks in the summer, quarterly bonuses

Not much of a way to advance if you're blue collar, bonuses are lower for factory workers, insincerity in advancement opps

Poor management followed by lack of support, They don't want to hear problems or challenges or even opportunities.

The breadth of line is impressive. Not many other companies have so many products. It also becomes tough to manage and know so many products effectively.
What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
High expectations with few resources to get the job done.
What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
It was once good but it has deteriorated. Especially out of the Stockton branch. Constant turnover, inexperienced and novice management really leads to poor culture.
What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Phone calls, presentations, customer calls, meetings and more more meetings. Don't forget to log everything into Sales Force.

Not a secure job

I went there through an agency. So I was doing quite heavy lifting, and fast paced machinery for minimum wage, wich is not adequate in my opinion. I got strung along over the buisy period, with hints of a contract, in January, and instead they let all agency go. To be fair they said we can come back beginning of march, but who can be for 6 weeks without an income. I wouldn't entertain the idea, because I wouldn't believe anything they tell me now. It doesn't seem they think alot of agency staff there anyway, or what they might be able to bring to the company, as I heard one manager say, he usually wouldn't waste his time talking to agency staff.. nice.. all in all don't go there if you need a secure income, unless you have a contact from the start.

Unfair environment

Working here was really hard. Last minute overtime, favoritism. Upper management looked down on everyone. Did not feel like the company valued its employees
