Good team mates and open to making it a good work life balance.

Company running behind other companies with Tech and issues with security resulting in losing customers. Management needs updating and would be good to bring in fresh blood as they are holding onto strategies that no longer work well and the leadership is not experienced enough to understand.

They have so many metrics they always have a reason to point out what you are doing wrong. Everyone is uptight and head down working just waiting for the day to end. While managers are drilling one person and getting ready to drill the next. Employees are pointing fingers just to redirect managers so they are not next. The management sticks together so, if you push back they run you up to the next manager which will read you your rights without even giving you a chance to speak. The office environment is very fake and with no true help from management, only lip service.
