Clean Room Workers treated shockingly

A typical day at work is a 12 hour shift which follows a 3 week rotation. Management are fierce condescending, mean towards the younger staff who are few and far between.
It is the best paying job i've ever had and to be honest I was much happier when I earned 80 euro for 12 hour shift elsewhere.
For the most part Stryker has a very toxic environment and you wont have many true friends.
I genuinely am looking for a new job even if it means going back to min wage ..

The management is bad but they try their best at what they do. There is standing on your feet for the entire time you are there and the only times you get to sit down are on your brakes. You can’t have headphones in but instead have a blaring music composition with the line over. That’s fun, not!
