Management is absolutely horrendous. This company was originally owned by Phillip Morris and things were great under their management. Molson eventually ended up with the company and since they have taken control, things have been going down hill! They could care less about health care, cost of living, or any advancement whatsoever. Every employee is easily replaceable in their eyes.
